Alien invader?

I found this intruder in my bathroom this morning. 

Yesterday's spurt of energy didn't last so it was a slow start this morning. Still trying to catch up with myself. 

p.s Is it a sign that I'm going mad? I discovered that yesterday I put the tin foil in the fridge!
