The Waffle Day

Technically, the waffle day was on March 25 already, but we celebrated today. I am not sure why it is on this day. My friend Dolly thought maybe the Virgin Mary served some waffles to the Archangel Gabriel when he came to visit. Who knows? Could be.

Grandma has an old recipe for waffles which has snow as one ingredient! Weird! No snow around today. I supervised the making very closely. As you can see, awesome results! Oh, they were so yummy. Pity it is only Waffle Day once a year.
