Spring Clean

We were through in Glasgow to go to the Citizens in the evening, and had a wander in the afternoon. We bought lunch at a well-known mutual supermarket and ate it in the Kibble Palace. It’s the 200th anniversary of the Glasgow Botanical Gardens and they are looking good. Being spring the Kibble Palace was having its statues tidied up. Here the Nubian Slave is having some TLC. I like the way the statue’s pose is aped by the person doing the brushing.
