Meall Buidhe

We drove to Rannoch Station with the intention of getting the train to Corrour Station and going up Beinn na Lap. However, the cloud was quite low so it was unlikely we’d see the view so we thought we’d come back on the Saturday instead. The blip is a view, taken from just east of Rannoch Station, of Meall Buidhe, where we had been last Easter; there will be a lot more snow this year unless it gets seriously hot in the next 17 days. We went up the Corbett, Beinn a’ Chuallaich, near Kinloch Rannoch where it was windy and quite snow-showery, fully vindicating our earlier decision.
