Burrowing Owl

Photography trips don't get better than this.  Some members of the Arizona blip meet group went back to the Burrowing Owls in a park near our hotel, which is in Gilbert.  The owls were catching prey, sunning, and at times taking short flights into the field behind.  I was super lucky to have my camera pointed in the right direction for this shot.  Now it's off to an early dinner with these super friends, and a chance to talk about our day's adventures.
