His Haughtiness

This here fella does kind of look down on the people who pass by him. I think a bit of yarn bombing would sort him out, and long to see him at Christmas all Santa'd up, flowing white beard and jaunty hat. However, the current Connectable of St Helier has apparently said that he will treat any yarn bombing in the parish as littering, and prosecute accordingly, which makes me a little sad.
