what's on my plate

a parcel full of smoked deliciousness arrived from the Hebrides the other day.

i note Decline and Fall episode 2 features the same china.
it does get around.  also seen in Upstairs Downstairs, 2010.
most recently seen in the controversial Charles III drama.

book:  i had to abandon the new book at page 7.  life is too short and the kindly Mister suggested that i read page 77 out loud to him.  as a result we both felt it was ok for me to move on to:  Salt Blue by Gillian Morgan.
