What a beautiful day

What a stunning day today - and we've had a great day! 

We had an Easter Egg hunt this morning, except we didn't actually do the egg hunt (thankfully, neither had any idea what they were missing).  But we did have a lovely time playing, did some crafty type things and loved the children's entertainer.  We had to leave as the hunt started before a complete hunger melt-down. 

The original plan was to go out for a run / walk this afternoon with the push chair.  I scrapped that, it's way too nice, instead we had a lovely time messing around in the garden whilst I did some exercise.  The eldest thought it was super funny as I ran up and down the garden.   What he didn't know was that I was busy working off his Easter egg which I ate the other evening.  

We made a great discovery this morning - our friends who have a stall at the farmers market produce Billtong.  Given how hard it is to find around here, that's going to be one very, very happy husband when he gets home and finds out.
