Hot Cross Scone

Searching for new walking poles for our upcoming trip to Iceland we visited Craigdon, the new 'Iconic' ski and outdoor shop on the site of the erstwhile Fairmile Inn, aka, in its heyday, the Hillburn Roadhouse.

Having examined the selection on offer we discussed our options over a delicious coffee on the cafe terrace. Mr Flum sampled one of their Hot cross scones - a seasonal novelty - with homemade raspberry jam.

I had greater shopping success in one of our other well-known stores.
