Easy-peasy Lemon Squeezy Part Two
S's mother gave us some eggs and, as I had lemons in the frig, decided to make lemon curd. The eggs were so huge I only used two (both double-yolked) with two we had already. Cooked in the microwave, it turned out well in a fraction of the time of using a double-boiler.
The lemon squeezer in the blip is uranium glass, which I've had for some time, well before the accident that created the space rocket. It does not have the 'pip-guard' but works every bit as efficiently as the traditional design.
