Middle Temple Gardens

I was 'up town' a little early today before work, so decided to walk around Temple. I saw a notice on Middle Temple Gardens gates saying 'visitors are welcome in May, June, July and September' (why not August I wonder?) so in I went..as it would have been jolly rude not to! I had a fine, peaceful time in the pretty gardens, eating my lunch on a bench, daydreaming, watching the birds and completely forgetting the time! I had to (sort of) sprint to work and just made it on time, so I'm still employed!
