Hanami

So despite the dreary weather I set off this afternoon in search of some cherry blossom. Me and about a gazillion others...

All the shots I took and for the first time in ages I remembered to take my camera  were impaired by elbow jostlers and selfie-sticks and consequently all of my photographs were marred by photo bombers and rubber-neckers :(  

I spotted this lovely tree as I got off the subway near home and took  a quick snap with my phone - blippin' typical!  I should have stayed at home!
