A useful spoon

If you're a baker you'll know what I mean here. 

A "tablespoon" is such a useful thing - it's a good old measure but it can also be used to get right into corners or serve up big spoonfuls of stuff. 

I think many folk use soup or dessert spoons when a recipe calls for a tablespoon - don't! Get onto eBay and buy one - you will NEVER regret it :)
