Day 102/17. A Route is Closed.

Bicyclists and Schoolkids have used this cut through into our work industrial estate for years. This short cut path saves a few hundred metres off the official route. A few weeks ago a car on the industrial estate was damaged, presumably by a bicycle. Now the estate owners have erected a fence to kill the route completely.
I wonder how long it will be before the locals realise the cross members are only nailed in and it would be a matter of seconds to remove them?
