Get them while they're hot........

and eat them by the ton,
One a penny,
Two a penny,
Hot cross buns.


A wet day while we wait for cyclone Cook to pass through was a good time to make some hot cross buns.  We also bottle some chillies for later in the year.


I like that I can still make out the crosses on the buns....which tasted delicious!
