Alternative Prague - John Lennon Wall

The wifi on the ship was very slow for the last couple of days and it's put me a day behind. It's wide angle Wednesday, and as we are in Prague for a few days, I decided to do an 'A'lternative Prague photo with the 'L'ennon wall.

The Lennon Wall is a wall in Prague, Czech Republic. Once a normal wall, belonging to the Maltese Embassy, since the murder of John Lennon on Dec 8 1980 it has been filled with John Lennon inspired graffiti and pieces of lyrics from Beatles songs. Under the former communist regime it annoyed the authourities who would keep white-washing it!
