What's on?

Today was interview day 1. 5 candidates and one job. We made a decision. It is always very tiring interviewing and today it was very hot and noisy in the meeting room. We had to choose between dying of heat or not being able to hear the answers. But we survived.

Shredding the papers I finished listening to the Book Club book - Anita Shreve. I normally like her books, but not this one - it was all over the place. It was a good turn out though.

Unusually I took the bus up the road - tired. These are the advertising plinths outside the Usher Hall, Traverse and Lyceum. Photo is a bit shaky but I like the dreamy effect. Suits Tristan and Isolde?

Watched Annie Lennox and her family history. When you know a bit about the process you see the bits that don't fit but it was interesting see the inside of Broadford Mill - F and M's histories that i did for them, they had ancestors, girls, who worked there too.

Back blip due to lack of enthusiasm and tiredness.
