CAKE!

Sponge sandwich, jammed together, with marzipan. Gluten-free recipe.

I wanted to try using the gluten-free recipe to make an actual cake, as opposed to the Cake Pops which used the same.

It turned out smaller than I expected. I'm not sure why/what I expected, but it looks too short to my eye - maybe I should have used more than two sandwich tins? I don't know. I'm sure it doesn't matter.

The balls are merely because I had leftover marzipan, not because I'm confused as to when Easter is.
