Baker Day

No not a day off from school but a day making in the kitchen.
Often whilst working Clare 'eats on the run' so a "Twelve Egg Pie" always goes well, there are fourteen eggs this one and if I show some restraint it should last Clare all week.
To help the restraint it is accompanied by a Bread Pudding made to my Mum's recipe and as there is only Joshua and I that like it there should be enough for a week, particularly with Joshua away!!
Lastly cheesy Cottage Pie for dinner tomorrow night, made today so that Clare is not cooking on an all too rare night off.
