and how! The river's cumecs level has gone up again overnight, after more persistent rain. So we're definitely not launching tomorrow, possibly Wednesday, but more likely Thursday. This tributary's landing is our launch spot at Cherry Grove in Taumarunui, with B. looking at the eddies & whirlpools. We watched some logs barrelling down this part of the river and out into the main current. No thanks!
