Border Town

This is the Stainforth and Keadby Canal running through the market town of Thorne on the edge of the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire border.   The singer, Lesley Garrett, was born here, as was Thomas Crapper, famous for the design and manufacture of lavatorial equipment.   A lovely sunny Easter Monday.
