Recovery

Whilst being impressed I kept up with my drinking pals last night I couldn't help wishing I hadn't! I paid for the long period of abstinence today! Lots of fluids needed! It took me two hours to eat my banana and I didn't leave the sofa for much of the day!
A little school work done too before a catch up with The Mother and Li'l Sis' this evening. An early night is on the cards!
