After a week of DIY, that culminated in shifting 3 tons of concrete slabs yesterday, I treated myself to a day out in Edinburgh today. Just me and my camera(s) .. no grabbing shots in between looking out for the kids. I'd like to say it was relaxing, but I covered some ground. Got hundreds of cracking photos of monuments, views, tombstones, street scenes, people and (my favorite bit) macro flowers in the botanic gardens glasshouses.

This was in a really groovy cemetery opposite Calton Hill.

After posting, I noticed it's my 150th blipday... I think I'll pour myself a wee dram :-)
