There's a New Jester in Town

I couldn't work out if this was a court jester, a manaquin or a Mexican cowboy; he seems to be a mixture of all three. Not only has this gentleman newly appeared also the sign above the door caught my eye - is it up to Nero standard?

I've never been in here, though passed it numerous times, and often wondered what it was like, now there seems to be no excuse not to enter, especially as they also sell vinyl lps.

I have just been informed on Facebook the word I was after is Harlequin, not manaquin - thank you James :-)
