It is friday

We had a formidable line up of trad jazz musicians last night and all smartly dressed in black. They were under the leadership of Bruce Carnaffin (on clarinet).  This is Phil Morris, a new addition to this band "Hope Springs Eternal" on his return to Cumbria after his travels and he had that classic foot stamping to kick start his numbers!  Others were Mo Witham (guitar), David Hillman (bass), Roger Middleton (rhythm guitar) and Jo Clayton Brown ( a quick sketch - see extra).   
A great gig with a real buzz with some classic numbers.
