Steam!
A 'Full English' in the hotel this morning which needed walking off, so we had a good wander round the town after checking out. I was in desperate need of a haircut (if it needs combing it needs cutting) so I called into a local barbers where I got a 'Number 2' and plenty of information about the town. Then off to the local steam railway where I took these shots; the main one is a Stanier '8F' 2-8-0 No 48624 built in 1943 and I've added an extra of a GER Clas Y14 built in 1912. If you're interested, you'll probably know what they are anyway.
Back home now; only one night away but we both feel we really enjoyed the break.
