Mass weekend cook

I am doing a big cook today, lots of different dishes which l can stick in fridge/freezer and bring out later. The blip shows the veg ready for a large ratatouille l am making (a la Delia Smith), it will be nice on toast, in tarts and as a veg accompaniment.
Morning coffee with dear friend, Woollyback, whom l have not seen since we got back from NZ.
