Thank you for all the comments and stars yesterday the "eyes" made the spotlight. Dead chuffed, thanks.
My camera started to make and odd sound when I took a photo. One camera shop in Winchester said there was a deposit of £30 and the people they used had a standard charge of £160 for a service. The camera retails for £320! So off to the other camera shop; they send it off for nothing and I will get a quote before any work will be done. It might still cost more than it is worth to fix it but at least they will look at it before deciding how much it will cost. Grump over.
So this is taken with a little Panasonic Lumix. I will have to get used to using it again. I like the colours of the hydrangea and the contrast of the flowers and what I assume are buds but they may be seed heads. Anyone know?
We have had a new front door fitted and while the carpenter did his work we cleared c**p soil from a new bed in the front garden so we can add some decent compost/soil. Three trips to the trip later and it seems we have made just a bit of a dent removing the not very good soil. We did walk into Winchester and have started to oil the new door. Knackered now but the beer is slipping down nicely.
