A little bug

Not too bad a day.

Fun with Alex at footie training, quick dash to get some essentials (new lid and a very cheap Icebreaker cycle shirt, and an Icebreaker thermal for the hillwalking...), monster lasagna and now they are down and I can watch Dr.Who and drink beer.

Also went out on the bike this afternoon and smashed a PB on one segment by a whopping 49 seconds. Fair chuffed..... Out again tomorrow I reckon.
