Got up early and got pancakes made, some good coffee and the papers read. The weans wee then packed up into the car off to Tor Wood for some running about for them and shooting for me. We managed to find the tracks the heavy machinery have been thing through the wood to fell a large area at the back. I hope this is the last of it. It's not the prettiest wood (suits me for shots like this ) bout it's the only wood we've got. Hope we can keep it.

After some assorted faffing I managed to settle down to make an apple tart, veal parmagianno and listened to a lot of Yo La Tengo. Not a bad afternoon all in all.
