Dungeness sunset

I took this sunset shot from the back of our bungalow.  In front and slightly to the right you can just make out another cabin and some of the many electricity cables the place is festooned with.  On the horizon to the left the square block is part of the power station.

The Extras were both taken in the lovely little town of Rye.  We had lunch at The Mermaid Inn, an old smugglers' haunt during the 18th century.  The infamous Hawkhurst Gang drank here, with loaded pistols on the table so no magistrate would dare arrest them.  The interior shot, taken in The Mermaid, is Dr Syn's Lounge.  Dr Syn was a vicar and smuggler (but I was hugely disappointed to discover he is only fictional!).  The exterior is Mermaid Street.
