Japanesse Elm...

This plant was potted 6-7 weeks ago.  However, over the weekend it did get a haircut.  The extraneous branches that were growing on the back of the tree were removed.  You now can see the top or apex, clearly.  It will eventually need wiring to style it further, but for now, it is growing.  You also can see through the trunk and the pot making a window.  There were 2 branches growing back there that have been trimmed away.  I am very pleased how well this little Elm is developing.
