Mad for it

Woke up early even after the long drive last night as Mum doesn’t have black out blinds in the room we use when staying with them. Kilda woke up a couple of times in the night when dad went out to the toilet. J had a lie in before we left and headed back to her parents to drop the dog off. Its Dad’s 75th birthday today and we have arranged to go for a lunchtime meal near to J’s parents. Nice meal and we all headed back to J’s parents as mum and dad wanted to see J’s mum after her op. She was up and looking a lot better than I thought she would. Left them having coffee and headed into town to meet up for an afternoon of drinking with my old Uni mates. Had a great time catching up before getting the bus back.
