From Reykjavik with love...

I was so excited when I got in the door this morning after flying home from Scotland to find an envelope addressed to me with an Icelandic stamp on it - it was a lovely card from some friends of mine in Reykjavik. You can just about see the greeting at the top - "Gleðileg Jól" - Merry Christmas. I spent 11 days with them and 7 other people in September travelling along the ring road that goes round the outside of Iceland, meeting with different churches and individuals and praying with them for their communities and for the country. An incredible adventure.... Today then got even better when I got an email from the guy who organized the trip in September, saying that he wanted to have a get-together in London (where half the group came from) to display photos, video and art that we did during the trip, and pray again together for Iceland - such exciting news! It'll be so great to see everyone again and relive the trip.
