Saturday Self-portrait

As challenging as I'm finding doing self portraits, I've started looking forward to Saturdays.  A break from the regular weekly schedule, I have time.  Time to create, to think, to experiment, use my tripod and get over taking pictures of myself.  I don't know, maybe some of you find it easy to be in photos or take selfies of yourself but I don't.  So this is a good exercise and practise for me and one that I'm beginning to enjoy. 

I'm also really looking forward to this evening as my birthday celebrations continue!  I think this may be the last one. ;)  The hubster and I, along with our good friends, are heading into Vancouver's little Italy to Federico's Supper Club.  We've never been, but have heard it's one of Vancouver's best Italian restaurant experiences.  Authentic old world Italian cuisine (my favourite food!), live music and dancing (my favourite activity!!!).  I'm fairly sure memories will be made tonight!  Happy Saturday everyone!
