A lovely walk

Mr U&L, Rosie and I went for a wonderful walk today, high up on the South downs in search of the tiny but very beautiful Early spider orchid Ophrys sphegodes. 
I do this walk every year, and it is a bit of a hike especially as the walk back is all uphill, and last year I felt really ill, and struggled to get back to the car....so this year following my chest infection I was really concerned I wouldn't make it, but I was absolutely fine, and really enjoyed the walk!  
I think I must have been unwell last year, but whatever the reason I am glad all is OK now.
