2017 Friday -- Newest Remodel on the Street

This is the house at the far end of our street toward Morro Bay. Even though they are south of us, they are uphill from our place. This place sold at least two years ago. I'm not sure of the selling price, but I know the asking price was quite high and it needed lots of work. No one has lived in it for a long, long time. It is the same vintage as our place; built in 1941/42.

Watching the workers remove the dirt bank and construct a new retaining wall is interesting. This house and its yard are going to be significantly improved.
