Finest

I spent much of today with my Dad, including a trip to the cinema to see "Their Finest." He loves films but not those with bad language or anything else embarrassing.  TF had a few swear words and one brief scene involving "that sort of thing" but he didn't comment on either. We both enjoyed the movie up to a point.  As it concerns a film being made within a film there was quite a lot of cutting between "reality" and "film" which wasn't always clear or, I thought, purposeful. But the story rattled along and reached a good, 1940s style conclusion. Some good performances and I liked the scenes showing how films were/are made, especially one of a special effect for a shot of Dunkirk.

Stuck for a photograph for the day, I decided to depict one of my household tasks, processed to within an inch of its life.
