Welcome to our Kimberley adventure......

In this image you can see the colours of the North West. Just looking at it gives me goosebumps! 
This is just one of the waterfalls on the Berkeley River which flows 135kms into the Timor Sea. The Kimberleys have just experienced the wettest "wet season" in many, many years. Some say it was the wettest in living memory. In "the dry" many of the smaller rivers and tributaries dry up or just become a trickle. We were so fortunate to have experienced what we did.
I will add an extra of one of the locals..................a magnificent sea eagle :)
