Syrian

The children and I spent the afternoon and evening with Syrian friends at their home in an apartment complex at the bottom of one of the mountain ranges. It is full of refugees from all over the place. I loved it there! My friend's dad had just got back from fetching a bride for someone from Syria so we had a delicious supper with food from their home village.

The children and I went exploring and were accosted by some yezidi ladies. They were so friendly and have invited us back to their home next week. I love meeting new people, but I've met lots recently and it's hard to know who to follow up with...
