Ukeaholics

My dream job would be to tour in an ABBA tribute band; my second dream job would be to tour in a ukulele band. These are the Ukeaholics, a ukulele band from Woking. They're very good and, in fact, this is the second time I've seen them.

Tonight they were part of the entertainment at a fantastic fundraiser organised by our friend, Simon, in aid of an orphanage/school charity in Nepal called Mitrata.

It was a great evening and hopefully it raised plenty of money for this very good cause. I was fortunate enough to come home with two tickets for Jazz Morley at the Haslemere Festival next week (courtesy of the raffle) and a decorated and signed ukulele plus tuner (courtesy of the auction)!
