Keep on running

Up and out for breakfast in the nice cafe before taking H to the station for her trip to Exeter/London/Paris. Sad to see her go. Then we explored Barnstaple a bit and later on, M and I went out for our, now routine run. 7m today but with sunshine instead of rain and, with the tide out, we ran along the flat sand. Fantastic!
