Sagrada Familia

This has to be one of the most amazing buildings I have ever seen and I am afraid none of the many photos I took do justice to the place - and it is still under construction!

It was well worth the extra expense of having a guided tour otherwise we would have missed so much of the religious symbolism within the architecture and so much more that the guide pointed out.

With the sun shining the colours of the stained glass were just stunning and the detail on the exterior is amazing. I wonder if I will ever see it completed as Gaudi intended.

Later we met up with the family and took Abigail to a park - she had a lot of fun !
