Siblings

A lovely day spent with Mr. W's sister Peggy.  Poor Peggy has been very poorly, having contracted a particularly nasty form of Staph infection complicated by pneumonia.  She was deathly ill in the hospital for a week, and then sent home with a catheter in her heart through which she had to deliver intravenous antibiotics three times a day for a month.  She is much better now, we are thankful to say, but it will still be several weeks before she regains her energy and stamina.  Peggy lives in a suburb of Boston, and as she really wanted to come see our new apartment, we drove to her house, picked her up, and brought her back to give her "The Tour".  We ended up spending the better part of the day, just hanging out here, talking, eating lunch, and then sending her off to the guest room for a restorative nap before driving her home in the late afternoon.
