Half hidden

Rather overcast today .... but not too bad ...... so after a lazy morning pottering we called to see my brother for a while .... then headed off to Westgate Woods for a short walk ...... we should have gone for a walk first as by the time we went the wind had got up & was rather chilly!

The birds were singing ...... we saw & heard Chaffinch, Robins, Blackbirds, Great & Blue Tits ...... also this beautiful SongThrush who was good enough to pose for me ....... though it was partly hidden behind some leaves!

There were lots of flowers too ...... Primroses, Bluebells & even a couple of clumps of Lily of the Valley!
