Moss and lichen

We've had a very lazy day today.  But after all, isn't that what holidays are for?

Apart from a trip for some essential shopping, we haven't left the property.  We are renting a self-catering place, and the owner has this wonderful, semi wild garden.  Full of interesting plants and trees. 

We walked round this morning, and I took lots of photos of ferns and other things.  I was trying to make a collage of my fern photos, but can't make a satisfactory one with the software I have on my laptop.

Glorious sunny day.  Hope the weather keeps up a little longer - we plan a trip up to the Kerry peninsula tomorrow.
