Monday Morning at the Gym

Yesterday's Blip showed strangers 'stretching' on the sea front......
But today, these girls are my class mates/ friends!
....and here we are at our Monday 10 a.m. Aerobic Class, in a local gym in Albir....with our teacher Jacquie.....
we are various shapes, sizes, ages, and at least 5 nationalities!
....as well as lifting some weights, we also do 'step' exercises ....three times a week, in a 'good week'.....

And the best part of each class?.......the coffee and chat, afterwards!
