Words Cannot Express How Much You Mean To Me

So after cooking myself in the sun yesterday, I decided to cycle to work today.

yes, you read that right.  1 year and 2 months after I last did this, I decided to do it again. All in one go.

I appended my Vase, yes, my Cycle Vase to the front handle bars, and placed a tulip in it. 

and off I went.

About 2 miles  in I started to conserve energy for the Nemesis.  The hill which I can do one side from the Dog Leg, and then a 1/ 20 gradient on the other side - it might notbe 1 / 20 but it is massive.   Typically it takes me a month to build up enough legs to get up the steep side. e

The more sedate side I can manage.  it spoils a beautiful ride though. 

Imagine my glee when I approached, and noticed a new fence - right over where you have to do a 90 degree turn.... and even better, I could see right through where the hill was. 

Yes!! In my absence they have taken the hill away....  YAYYYYYY

In the photo you can see how the hill was (they have created a new hill for pedestrians to go over the railway line and onto the golf course.  The cycle path carries along, flat, along the side.
