Sweets
Made these last night and let them set overnight.
Essentially sugar free jelly, gelatine and zero fat Greek yogurt. They are tasty, really low sugar and they are about 5 calories a chunk.
Work has been super busy. Controlled assessments sent off to the moderator. Prep for staff training has been done. Lesson prep. Other jobs as well. It's been rather full on, but so productive.
I think this is probably why I am sleeping better!
