Birthday boy!

C is 11 today! Yep, 11!!! How time flies! He was very happy to play on his new scooter - a nice blue stunt scooter.
I spent the day at Entrepreneurial Spark - a business/people accelerator programme with RBS. Long day, lots of info, lots of macho guy talk - seriously had to not laugh at the grown up blokes greeting each other with fist bumps and "how's it hanging dude" "awesome guy". Very unimpressed by the guys who ignored the women and just shook hands with the guys in the group - felt like I'd gone back to the 1940s! Still hopefully I'll get some focus and support from the group.
Got home in time to take C to band then football training.
Not the usual way I celebrate the boys birthdays! Glad we celebrated yesterday :-)
